Multi-Tier Racking Structures Features:

Statutory approval - All structures of this type require approval under statutory regulations. This will cover the means of escape, fire protection, location of staircases and could also include emergency lighting and fire detection.

Flooring - The type of flooring material that can be used to clad the floor levels include timber, open steel, closed steel and steel planking.

Accessories - A number of standard accessories are available to make the most effective u se of a multi tier structure. These can comprise handrails, staircases, pallet gates, lifts, conveyors, lighting, fire detection and floor coverings. Standard trucks can be utilised to service the upper levels (subject to lift limitations) within a multi tier operation and the individual floors can be designed to accommodate a pallet truck, as well as providing access to all storage locations.
